Shipping & Returns

First off, thank you for supporting It means a lot that you have selected to purchase our products and joined the community. Our goal is to exceed your expectations :-)


Returns and exchanges:

We'll accept returns on all items within 30 days for a full refund and/or credit unless clothing is used or damaged. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We ship all clothing in a resealable 30% post-consumer recycled bag for easy returns. You can use that to ship it back to us.


Wrong item or defective product:

If you receive the wrong item or defective product we sincerely apologize and ask that you contact us at to allow us the opportunity to fix it and make you happy. Please include the order number and issue and we'll work on it as fast as we can. 



We will try best to ship to any address in the world. Note that there are some restrictions to where we can ship and we apologize. But we will try our best. We promise. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Our goal is to get you your clothing as quickly as possible with the lowest shipping costs as possible, providing FREE SHIPPING where we can.


For Made-to-Order sales: if you purchase a made-to-order product we will try our best to ship both products at the same time. This means that the product already made may take longer to get to you. We hope that is ok as our customized clothes are truly special and do take time to make. If you want to get your other product first however, we can make that happen. Just let us know.
